Description: The project consisted of performing 10 mechanical trial pits, 10 dynamic penetration tests, 127 driving and Pull-Out tests and taking samples for laboratory analysis. The tests made it possible to identify two geotechnical zones: one where the profiles could be directly driven and the other where, due to the presence of the bedrock a few centimetres from the surface, prior drilling (pre-drilling) had to be carried out. The study allowed us to characterise each of the zones properly and recommendations were made to optimise the costs of installing the solar panels. For example, the type of profiles, their length or, where necessary, the perforation diameter.
